The Farmers Insurance Open, one of the premier events on the PGA TOUR, takes place each January at the iconic Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, California. Its illustrious history includes legendary champions such as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tiger Woods—who holds a record seven titles—along with San Diego’s own Phil Mickelson, a three-time winner of his hometown tournament. Beyond showcasing world-class golf, the event generates millions of dollars annually for charitable causes, including the Champions for Youth program, which supports at-risk and underserved youth as well as low-income military families in the San Diego community.

As the Lead Designer for the Farmers Insurance Open in 2018 and 2019, I played a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and experience of one of the PGA TOUR’s premier events. I was entrusted with the creation of an extensive range of print and digital collateral, including credentials, tickets, event signage, activation station designs, Pro-Am luggage tags, window wraps, and digital media assets, among others. Collaborating closely with the Farmers Sponsorship team and the Century Club, I ensured every design reflected the prestige and professionalism of the tournament. The pieces showcased below represent just a fraction of the diverse and high-impact work I delivered during this time.
